After a twenty-year career focused on the design and realization of significant architectural projects commissioned in Italy, the Middle East, and Central Asia, Paolo Lettieri decided to found 29 MILANO, a brand dedicated to designing an unconventional collection of furnishings.

Born in Varese (Italy), Paolo Lettieri graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan under the guidance of Professor Dezzi Bardeschi. He furthered his education with an executive course in Real Estate at MiP - Graduate School of Business in Milan. 

Lettieri has worked in various international firms, including Dante O. Benini & Partners Architects, as well as engineering companies. In 2009, he founded the architectural firm UPA Italia in partnership with UPA Consultancy in Abu Dhabi.
